How much does an office downsizing cleanout cost?

Priced by the volume you're clearing, labor, and building access — not by the hour. We walk the surplus with you and give one flat number up front.

Can you clear just part of a floor while we keep the rest?

Yes — we clear only what you're not taking, work around remaining staff and furniture, and leave the returned space broom-clean.

What happens to the furniture we're not keeping?

Usable desks, chairs, and furniture are donated to local charities where possible; metal and electronics are recycled; only the rest is disposed of, with documentation on request.

Can you work around staff still in the office?

Yes — we schedule around your team and building access, evenings and weekends included, so consolidating floors doesn't interrupt work.

Can you hit our lease give-back date?

Yes — we plan the clear-out to land on your give-back or lease-end date so the space is empty and swept when the landlord walks it.
